CEO

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced CEO to lead the establishment and management of a new premium medical and wellness clinic in Cyprus

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader to build a clinic from the ground up and take full responsibility for its operations, commercial performance, and long-term growth.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work directly with the founder throughout two key phases: clinic development and operational management.

Initially, the role will focus on establishing the facility, securing licences, planning services, and building the team. Once operational, the CEO will oversee daily activities, financial performance, staff management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Clinic Development

• Identify suitable premises or land near Paphos town centre.

• Coordinate clinic layout, renovation, and facility development with architects and contractors.

• Plan medical and wellness services, equipment requirements, and supplier agreements.

• Manage the necessary permits, licences, and certifications.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop the initial team.

• Establish operational systems, including bookings, memberships, pricing, and client records.

Phase 2 – Clinic Operations

• Oversee the clinic's daily operations and overall performance.

• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial targets.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.

• Drive revenue growth, memberships, and client retention.

• Maintain exceptional service standards and a premium client experience.

• Ensure compliance with Cyprus healthcare, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in a medical clinic, med spa, wellness centre, gym, or similar service-based business.

• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and P&L performance.

• Strong leadership, recruitment, and team management skills.

• Genuine passion for wellness, biohacking, anti-ageing, and beauty.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and commercial skills.

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to develop a business from the ground up.

• Fluency in English and confidence in dealing with local authorities, suppliers, and contractors.

Additional Advantages

• Previous experience establishing a clinic, wellness centre, or similar facility.

• Knowledge of Cyprus medical licensing and Ministry of Health requirements.

• Experience managing renovation or facility development projects.

• Experience with membership-based businesses.

• Established professional network in Paphos.

• Knowledge of Greek and/or Russian.
