This is an exciting opportunity to work in an exclusive luxury retail environment in Nicosia, representing world-renowned designer brands and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalised customer service, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the boutique's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a personalised luxury shopping experience.

• Assist clients in selecting clothing, handbags, footwear, and fashion accessories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall performance.

• Develop excellent product knowledge and stay updated on luxury fashion trends.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales support.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.

• Support daily store operations, stock organisation, and inventory management.

• Work closely with the team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Genuine interest in luxury fashion and premium designer brands.

• Confidence in approaching customers and building long-term relationships.

• Sales-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve targets.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

• Very good command of English.

• Knowledge of Greek, Russian, or other languages will be considered an advantage.

• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion will be considered an advantage, but is not essential.

What We Offer

• Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission & Bonuses

• Total Monthly Earnings: €1,400 – €2,500 Gross, depending on sales performance.
