Garden Construction Technician

DART Recruitment, on behalf of one of the largest and most established Garden Centres in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an Experienced Garden Construction Technician to join its team in Limassol.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play an active role in garden construction, landscaping, and outdoor space development, while coordinating the daily activities of a small team.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in garden construction, excellent technical skills, and the ability to organize and supervise work efficiently, ensuring that projects are completed to high-quality standards and within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out garden construction and landscaping projects, including the development and improvement of outdoor spaces.

• Perform soil preparation, planting, lawn installation, and irrigation system installation.

• Execute landscaping construction tasks using appropriate tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of a small team of workers.

• Monitor work quality and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Proven professional experience in garden construction, landscaping projects, or related technical work.

• Practical knowledge of landscaping techniques and the safe operation of tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Ability to work independently and effectively organize daily tasks.

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a small team of workers.

• Valid driving licence.

• Specialized experience in irrigation system installation.

• Experience in complex landscaping construction and outdoor development projects.

Working Schedule

• Five working days per week: 07:30–16:30.

• Optional Saturday work, depending on the employee's preference, with additional compensation.
