Restaurant Service Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established restaurant in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and well-organised Restaurant Service Manager to oversee the daily service operations and lead the front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily restaurant service operations
• Supervise, guide, and train the service team
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and shifts
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and management team
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
• Support the team during busy service periods

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Service Manager, F&B Supervisor, or in a similar role
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
• Good command of Greek and English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
