Payroll Officer

On behalf of our client, a well-established hospitality group in Paphos, DART Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional who enjoys working with numbers and ensuring payroll processes are completed accurately and efficiently within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll transactions, including salaries, allowances, benefits, and deductions.
• Calculate and verify employees' attendance and timekeeping records.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with applicable tax and labour regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and related documentation as required.
• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and salary matters.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Support the Finance team with payroll-related administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties relevant to the position.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Payroll or Accounting role is preferred.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and payroll procedures.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
