Reservations Agent

On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a professional and customer-oriented Reservations Agent to join its Reservations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, communicating with guests from around the world, and working in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations via telephone, email, online booking platforms, and travel partners.
• Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide guests with detailed information regarding room categories, rates, hotel facilities, and available services.
• Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Maximize revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Liaise closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with Opera PMS or another hotel reservation system will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to maximize booking opportunities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit.
• EU citizenship or a valid Cyprus work permit.
