On behalf of our client, a modern and internationally focused IVF Clinic based in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced IVF Manager to oversee the daily operations and coordination of the clinic.

This is a key leadership role within a highly specialized fertility environment, requiring previous experience specifically within an IVF Clinic or Fertility Center.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring operational efficiency, excellent patient experience, and effective coordination between medical, embryology, nursing, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Coordinate multidisciplinary IVF teams and department communication
• Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality
• Manage scheduling, operational procedures, and clinic workflows
• Support international patient coordination and patient journey management
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and operational standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the clinic

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial or operational role within an IVF Clinic or Fertility Center is essential
• Strong understanding of IVF clinic operations and fertility patient management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced and highly specialized medical environment
• Professional, discreet, and patient-centered approach
• Very good command of the English language
• Greek language will be considered an advantage
