Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers
• Promote and present the company’s land development and real estate projects
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional sales support throughout the sales process
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and property viewings when required
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Previous experience within a Property Developer’s office or Real Estate Developer company is essential
• Proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar client-facing role
• Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven personality
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
