On behalf of our client, a premium beachfront hospitality venue in Cyprus, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of the bar. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about exceptional guest experience, team leadership, and high service standards within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
• Lead, motivate, train, and support bartenders and service team members
• Organize staff schedules according to operational needs and business demands
• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly service in line with company standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain excellent knowledge of all beverages, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout the bar area
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment
• Support the achievement of operational goals and service excellence standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar supervisory bar role
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of English. Greek or any additional language will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and support team members
• Strong problem-solving and guest handling abilities
