Junior IT Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable medical center in Limassol, we are seeking a Junior IT Support Officer to join their team. The organization currently works with outsourced IT partners and is looking for a motivated on-site IT professional who will act as the first point of contact for daily technical support and coordinate closely with external IT providers to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior IT professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience within a modern healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees across departments
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Coordinate and communicate with outsourced IT partners regarding technical matters and ongoing projects
• Support the setup, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and report IT issues to external providers when required
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems and office technology
• Support staff with Microsoft Office and general software usage
• Maintain basic IT documentation and inventory records
• Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and implementations when needed

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk support will be considered an advantage
• Basic understanding of networks, hardware, and system troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Professional attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work collaboratively with external IT providers and internal teams
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Greek and English
