Procurement Manager

On behalf of our client, a landmark luxury hospitality development in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their team.

The project represents the transformation of a well-known beachfront location into a high-end, five-star destination, combining modern design, premium facilities, and an exceptional guest experience. The development will include luxury accommodation, dining venues, wellness facilities, and residential units, creating a unique environment for both guests and residents.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will play a key role during the pre-opening phase of the project, managing all procurement activities, supplier relationships, and cost control processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to be involved in a prestigious development from an early stage and contribute to its successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and control all procurement activities for materials and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare bills of quantities
• Prepare procurement budgets and related reports
• Monitor supply chain processes and delivery timelines
• Identify and propose alternative sourcing solutions
• Draft, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts
• Lead price negotiations and establish cost benchmarks
• Design and manage tender processes and documentation
• Evaluate supplier proposals and ensure quality standards
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar procurement role within hospitality is essential
• Degree in Procurement, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Greek and English
