Refrigeration Equipment Technician

On behalf of our client, a well established group operating in the hospitality and dining sector, we are seeking a Refrigeration Equipment Technician to join the technical team and support the maintenance and proper operation of refrigeration and cooling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Installation, inspection and maintenance of refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose and repair faults in refrigerators, freezers and cooling systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation
• Monitor temperature control systems and refrigeration performance
• Support the maintenance of air conditioning and cooling systems when required
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or a related field
• Previous experience in refrigeration systems or cooling equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment will be considered an advantage
• Problem solving skills and technical understanding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
