Hotel Manager

On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Mykonos, Greece, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the overall operations and performance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments.

• Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate department heads and hotel teams.

• Maintain exceptional standards of luxury service, guest satisfaction, and operational quality.

• Manage operational budgets, monitor costs, and optimize financial performance.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to maximize revenue and business opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager, preferably within a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, luxury service standards, and hospitality management.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve operational and financial targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.

• Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-end hospitality environment.

• High level of professionalism, flexibility, discretion, and attention to detail.

What is Offered

• Monthly salary between €3500 and €4,000 (net), depending on experience and qualifications.
