Bartender

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a talented and guest-focused Bartender to join a luxury hotel environment in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, offering a vibrant atmosphere, refined service and an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines and beverages according to luxury service standards

• Deliver an engaging and personalized bar experience for guests

• Recommend signature drinks and premium selections

• Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness and organization of the bar

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene regulations

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-energy and professional service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts or premium venues

• Strong cocktail, wine and beverage knowledge

• Fluency in English and Greek

• Confident, well-presented and guest-focused personality

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
