The role will focus on comprehensive bookkeeping, financial monitoring, and detailed project costing analysis related to real estate developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting accurate budgeting, financial control, and strategic financial reporting, contributing to informed decision-making and the successful delivery of property projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and day to day accounting entries

• Costing analysis with focus on real estate developments

• Monitoring project expenses, budgets, and profitability

• Preparation of internal financial reports

• Cooperation with management and external associates

Candidate Profile

• Experience in bookkeeping and costing analysis

• Experience in real estate costing is considered a strong advantage

• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Organised, professional, and discreet
