Porter

On behalf of our client, a well-established hotel in Ayia Napa, we are looking to recruit a Porter to join their team.

Role Overview

The Porter will be responsible for assisting guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to their rooms
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities
• Support the Front Office team
• Handle guest requests in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be considered an advantage
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Positive and team-oriented personality
